Joe Justice applied agile to automotive manufacturing in 2006, founding Team WIKISPEED and setting four world records. Joe joined Tesla in 2020, operating Agile@Tesla from their headquarters. A TED.com speaker and guest lecturer at MIT and Oxford, Joe has been featured in Forbes and cited in over eight business books. His work has been highlighted in a Discovery Channel documentary for creating Extreme Manufacturing, Scrum@Hardware, and The Justice Method. Joe consults globally on agile hardware and company restructuring, increasing returns on capital for multinational companies. He has designed and built 14 race and road-legal cars, some in as little as 27 minutes.
