This workshop will explore in detail – what the People Value Stream is, why we should pay attention to it, how we can create meaning for our employees, how we can put people at centre of our business and improvements, what are the people flows we need to manage and lastly how we can create a super engaged workforce that can achieve almost anything they want! In the workshop Peter present an overview of the new approach with the majority of time set aside for workgroup activity and discussion about how you might use this approach to your own advantage.
