Janne is Global Lean Innovation Manager in ASSA ABLOY and in this position, part of a Lean Innovation initiative on Group level including all 80+ R&D sites. Janne has a big technical interest and passion for innovating profitable products for demanding users and have had 25+ years with experience of this in earlier positions.

With a Master of Science in Engineering he has been spending most of his career working with international industrial and automotive customers using Lean Innovation principles since 2006. First he used this in Atlas Copco, and now, since 2011, in ASSA ABLOY. He also has LPD training from a university course at Chalmers 2008 and has himself trained about 500 colleagues in Lean Innovation in our group.
