Malik Šišić graduated at the University of Sarajevo with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. After taking over a managerial position at Volkswagen Sarajevo, he consulted teams that led multiple Lean manufacturing projects, when he also realized the main deficiencies of the method. In 2017 Malik started to practice Kata of scientific thinking, which propelled tremendous success in Volkswagen Sarajevo. Now coaching learners both in Sarajevo and Wolfsburg, he can share his thoughts not only in theoretical, but also in practical field of practicing and training Kata of scientific thinking.
