Arla is using digital tools to further accelerate their journey efforts in sustainability and productivity. Digital has become an enabler to reach Arlas very ambitious targets for sustainability and efficiency.
Norbert will take you through the portfolio of digital tools used and how they are developed and implemented. You will see for example see digital performance management and SOP:s. Virtual reality is also high on the agenda together with smart sensors it’s used to enable people in the organization to make fact based decisions.
Arlas strategy is to incorporate digital tools as an accelerator in to their already existing Arla Production System and for them to work seamlessly together with existing way of working and tools.
